From I-75 take the Tipp City - West Milton exit (Exit #68, Route 571, Main Street). Go west away from Tipp City (towards the Wendys Restaurant). Go to the 5th/3rd Bank on the right and turn right (north) at County Road 25A. The road widens near the Meijer warehouse on the left (west). The Springmead entrance is on the right across from the Meijer warehouse. Turn right (east) into Springmead. Go to the end of the road. Past the barn on the right is the nursing home facility on the left. |
