Member's Information: Performance & Rehearsal Schedules

Rehearsals are Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. in the Tipp Central School band room for the Winter season and the basement of the Monroe Township building for the Summer season. (See the Driving Directions section for these locations.) Members are notified by email or postal mail in advance of the start of rehearsals for the both the Summer and Winter season. When changes are made to the planned schedules, announcements are made during rehearsals and/or emails are sent to members with email accounts. Copies of these emails are sent by postal mail to members without email accounts so that everyone has the same information. |
Starting Times |
The member's copy of their attendance form gives the performance schedule. The starting time for concerts are posted on the web site and are handed out on paper as needed. For non-parade concerts, arrive 1/2 hour in advance of the starting time for the concert to set up. For parades, the time to arrive at the float and the time the float pulls away from the staging area are noted. Rehearsals are Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. |
