Tippecanoe Community Band

Member's Information: Internet Access & E-mail

Member's Without E-mail
Those without internet access and email will receive the same information by postal mail when an email is sent. And this document contains information from the web site. Information on the web site but not in this document is the rehearsal, performance schedule and the proposed attendance form. Members without email will receive paper copies of the proposed attendance form, which is in effect the performance schedule. It is the policy of the band that members do not need to have internet access and those without it will have access to the same information by postal mail and personal handouts.
Members With
E-mail
As many of the members have email and internet access, much communication is done with email and by posting information on the band web site, www.tippband.org. Emails from the band President have a subject line which begins 'Tipp Band' or 'TIPP BAND'. It is assumed that those on the email list read their email once or twice a week. Those who read email less often than that should request to be on the postal mailing list instead.
