Member's Information: Your Proposed Attendance

Attendance Form
At the start of the summer season and again at the start of the winter season, members are asked to fill out a form indicating which concerts they plan to attend and which concerts they will be unable to attend. This is very helpful to the directors when planning the selections for a particular concert. By keeping a copy of the form, members have a schedule of the performances including information on chairs.

Last Minute Changes
If you indicated you would be at a concert and at the last minute cannot attend, call the President (not the director) and leave a message. This way the director will get one call from the President with the names of all who cannot be there due to last minute changes. (If you indicated on the proposed attendance form that you would not attend a particular concert, there is no need to call prior to the concert to reconfirm this.)
Other Changes
If your schedule changes more than a week before the concert, just let us know at the next rehearsal instead. Tell Bill (Trombone) so he can update the records and let the director know in person so they can update their copy of the record.
